4. YEUNG Kwok Leung, Paul

YEUNG Kwok Leung, Paul

Mr Paul Yeung joined the 麻豆传媒 (SFC) in 2005 and currently holds the position of Commission Secretary and Chief Governance Officer. He serves as secretary to the SFC’s Board, and is a member of the SFC’s Executive Committee; he also oversees the SFC’s corporate governance and external functions. He has previously worked in the Corporate Finance Division and the Investment Products Division.

Mr Yeung is a lawyer by training and qualified as a solicitor in the Hong Kong SAR as well as England and Wales. Prior to joining the SFC, he practised as a solicitor in Hong Kong specialising in insolvency, restructuring and corporate commercial matters.

He is currently a board member of the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre on behalf of the SFC.
