Clerk - Investment Products

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful applicants will undertake a full range of secretarial duties and provide administrative support to the Investment Products Division.

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ secretarial and/or office administration experience.
  • High proficiency in PC applications including good practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity.
  • Good command of English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Prepared to work overtime as required.
