Background Information:
Jiang was the Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Vice Chairman and/or Chief Executive Officer of Coolpad Group Limited (“Coolpad”, the shares of which are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”), stock code 2369) between 21 November 2004 and 11 January 2019.
He is also currently the CEO of China Digital Culture (Group) Limited (the shares of which are listed on the SEHK but currently suspended, stock code 8175) since 23 December 2019. Jiang is a certified public accountant in the mainland China.

The SFC had made various attempts to contact Jiang since 2021 but has not been successful.
The SFC has credible information that Jiang is currently not in Hong Kong.
We wish to speak to Jiang in connection with matters concerning Coolpad and its subsidiaries.
