「粵港澳大灣區跨境理财通」（跨境理财通）於2021年9月啓動，是推動内地與港澳市场互聯互通的一個重要計劃。跨境理财通讓大灣區的合資格投資者透過資金閉環安排，投資由對方合資格金融機構所銷售的投資产物。
有意參與跨境理财通的持牌法團應向本会提交申请。该等持牌法團須已獲發牌從事第1類受規管活动，&苍产蝉辫;缴足股本和股东资金各不少於1亿港元，&苍产蝉辫;具至少叁年销售基金和／或债券的经验且在过往叁年内任何12个月期间的交易总额不少於5亿港元，并拥有适当的监控系统。持牌法团亦须与一家或多家合资格内地券商合作提供跨境理财通業務。
持牌法團在提供跨境理财通業務時，須持續遵守由本會（詳見下文）以及相關監管機構所發出的監管要求及指引。
